The Support Central Helpline can be reached by leaving a voice mail or sending an email. When you receive your device you will receive a lot of information about getting started. Feel free to contact us with any questions you may have. This Support Desk will support you with any technical computer or software issues or inquiries. Assistance can be provided with installation, the activation process, and basic navigation of the software.

There are times that technical issues require that we remote into your computer.  Therefore, for technical issues it is highly recommended that you call and leave a voice mail.  This way you establish your priority on the call back list.
