The Support Central Helpline can be reached by phone or email. When you receive your device you may have questions about getting started. This Support Desk directs you with any technical computer or software issues or inquiries. Assistance can be provided with installation, the activation process, and basic navigation of the software.

There are times that technical issues require we remote into your computer.  Therefore, for technical issues it is highly recommended that you call and leave a voice mail.  This way you establish your priority on the call back list.
