What Should I Do When The “Insert Name and Country” message appears in The Password screen?
- If ever you are asked to insert your name and country (at any time except the very first activation), DO NOT DO IT! Doing so could result in the loss or corruption of your client files! (The only time you should need to enter this data is after installing the software on a computer for the first time or installing a new version of the software).
- You must get out of Clasp32 immediately! Use the Ctrl Alt Delete method to close the program.
- Turn off the EPFX/SCIO device. Shut down the computer.
- Wait at least 15-20 seconds and restart the computer.
- Re-open Clasp32.
- Proceed as usual.
