Missing Buttons, Information and cut off Screens. Changing the DPI Setting

When the DPI setting is not correct the buttons “Remove Back/ Restore Back/ Retest/ Cybernetic Correction will be missing in the Body Scan and Face Program.  The Graphics in the Body Viewer will also not display correctly.  In newer versions the NLP Unconscious Reactivity does not display the Train buttons.

Setting the DPI (Dots per Inch)

The DPI changes the size of all items on the display.

Access Display through the control panel

From Display Settings (where you can adjust the screen resolution) click on the Advanced button

By default the General tab will be displayed – about 1/3 of the way down the panel is the DPI setting (XP)

Make sure it is set for Normal (96 DPI) – the only setting that works for the Clasp32 and Indigo

Click Apply and OK to complete the Advanced settings and return to the Display Properties

On Win7 computers there is no DPI

Instead when you set the ‘display’ screen in control panel to ‘smaller’ this is like setting it to 96.
