Many of our Practitioners would like to use their Apple (MAC) computers for the Clasp32. The following information may help with your decision.
* PLEASE NOTE: MACs are not supported by Support Central and not a part of our recommendation. We also do not support the software running on Parallels or Virtual Machines. Practitioners have done this because it was their choice or they had some emergency situation. We do not guarantee a smooth running system and will not support anything that causes software problems because of these choices. Using these will also prevent you from being able to use the automatic updates through the INDIGO Update Tool Icon on the desktop.
EXCEPTIONPractitioners who received a Mac through one of our promotions (2006) are supported but are advised to contact tech support well in advance of the ‘What’s New Claps32 World Tour’ as there are potentially more prerequisites to prepare it for the installation of the new 2009 software.
