Indigo Announcement


When our company, QWV Biofeedback Support, opened in 2020 we took over the manufacturing of the Indigo V2 devices. At that time, we also contacted the existing Indigo owners, to let them know that we would now be the ones to provide them with our complimentary technical support. 

Once again, we are reaching out to the Indigo device community, to let you know some important information. This will affect you all in varying degrees, based on the type and model of Indigo device you own.

Over the last several months Eva and I have been discussing the future of the Indigo device. This has been a very difficult decision for us to make, but we have come to the conclusion that it is no longer viable for us to continue to manufacture and sell the Indigo V2 devices. We have removed it from our website offers.

What this means to existing Indigo device owners:

  1. We are not going anywhere. We are still here and will continue to provide our specialized, customized, educational/refresher, and technical support. This support will continue indefinitely for all Indigo V2 device model owners, who purchased through our company directly (2020 – 2025), for as long as you own that device.

  2. We are also still a QX World broker, selling new packages for the QUEX S and QUEX ED biofeedback systems. We also offer trade in packages from other devices to the QUEX S and QUEX ED. These can be found listed on our website; http://www.qwvbiofeedbacksupport.com

  3. We have and will continue to provide basic technical support to Original Indigo V1 device owners, who purchased them directly from one of the former companies. These devices were manufactured through those companies from 2010 to 2018.

  4. We will also continue to support those who purchased a used Indigo device privately, as long as they have an adoption package, for our specialized, customized, educational/refresher training and technical support. This will continue indefinitely for as long as you own that device. 

  5. For those who purchased a used Indigo device, through a private sale, we have two different adoption packages available. These packages do not include warranty or repair.

Know which Indigo device you have – as this will affect you in varying ways.

Indigo V2 Models;

  1. This was the latest model (newest Indigo device), being manufactured.

  2. These were sold, starting in the year 2018, to the current year.

  3. Those who purchased one of these devices directly from us, will continue to receive our specialized, customized, education/refresher training and technical support.

Renewed Indigo V1 Models;

  1. In late 2020, we offered all original V1 Indigo owners, the opportunity to have their devices renewed.

  2. Devices that went through this program, received a physical upgrade. They had all hardware parts replaced with new parts, with the exception of the internal CPU board, and the outer metal casing.

  3. These devices also received a brand-new screen to replace the original Indigo screen (now obsolete), giving these devices an increased lifespan expectancy, estimate of an additional ten years.  

  4. This program was a limited, one-time offer. It is no longer available for original V 1 devices.

Original Indigo V1 Models;

  1. These devices were manufactured and sold by former companies, between the years of 2010 and 2018.

  2. When the original Indigo started becoming more difficult to build (due to difficulty in sourcing its original parts) and the screen had become obsolete, a new Indigo blueprint model had to be created.

  3. Original V1 Indigo devices were gradually getting more difficult and expensive to repair due to parts availability.

  4. When QWV Biofeedback Support opened in 2020, we wanted to support owners of V1 Indigo devices. The Indigo engineer helped us create, what we called, the Indigo Renewal program. This was offered to significantly extend the life expectancy of the original V1 Indigo device hardware.

  5. This was offered at a fraction of the price, it would cost to do a trade in, to the newer Indigo V2 hardware model. 

  6. The Indigo Renewal program was a one-time offer and is no longer available.

  7. In the beginning of 2023, we were notified by the Indigo device engineer, that the original V1 devices, are no longer eligible for repairs.

Support: What this change means to current Indigo users requiring support;

  1. We are here, as always, checking our emails and responding in a timely manner, to assist or help you with troubleshooting a problem.

  2. Device owners who purchased through our company (2020 to current) also received access to Susan’s GEM Casts and navigation support, in addition to our specialized, complimentary technical support. This service continues indefinitely.

  3. The original owners of V1 Indigos, manufactured by previous companies in the years ranging from 2010 to 2018, still receive our basic complementary technical support.

  4. As always, we are available and committed to support any device owners who purchased one of our specialized adoption packages.

Repairs: How this change affects an Indigo device in need of a repair:

  1. The Original Indigo V1 device model (2010 to 2018) is no longer eligible for repairs. However, a special device trade in package, is available to upgrade such devices.

  2. The Renewed Indigo V1 device model is repairable, but wait times are going to be much longer now.

  3. The Indigo V2 device model (2018 – 2025) is repairable, but wait times are going to be much longer now.
