How To Reactivate Your INDIGO Software After it Has Gone Into DEMO MODE

PLEASE NOTE: YOU CANNOT REACTIVATE THE 11 11 11 VERSION OR ANY OTHER OLDER VERSION! 

Contact us for further instructions, If you revert to Demo Mode while on the 11 11 11 software, as you will not be able to reactivate it.

One of the first things to trouble shoot is to be sure that your Indigo device is being recognized; as in, do you see the little window that displays an image of the Indigo and displays your devices serial number on the screen when the software launch pauses at 25%?  If not, investigate why the device is not communicating / being detected by the software.

How Reactivate Your Software After it Has Gone Into DEMO MODE

1)    Make sure the INDIGO software is not currently running and the INDIGO device is turned OFF

2)    Make sure you are connected to the internet.  Use your I/E or Mozilla Firefox browser and open a webpage to be sure.  You may have trouble with the I/E if it is not the latest version.

3)    Now turn ON your INDIGO device and wait for it to fully initialize (give off its chime). The primary cause of reverting to Demo Mode is having a software lock up and not closing the software properly and not turning off and restarting the Indigo device properly before reopening the software.

4)    Now that the device is turned ON Double Click the INDIGO icon

5)    Click the Password Button

6)    Inside the Password panel look for the word  ACTIVATION and click it

(if you see DEACTIVATION instead, Please DO NOT click it.  This means you are activated so there must be another problem)

7)   Click CONTINUE

8)   Click INTERNET

9)   Type in your Username (email address) and Password then click “SEND TO THE SERVER”

Note:  See Important notes at the end if you receive a message instead of the activation congratulations

10)   Click OK to “Your Computer is activated, Congratulations…”

11)   Click OK to the message YOU HAVE ENTERED THE RIGHT CODE#  CONGRATULATIONS Welcome to the Quantum Xrroid Biofeedback System you must exit the program and re-enter  to activate the program and deactivate the demo scramble EXIT THE PROGRAM..,PLEASE RESTART AGAIN!

12)   This will exit the program.  Reset the INDIGO device (turn off and back on) and allow it to fully initialize.  Now reopen the software again and it should be out of DEMO MODE.

IMPORTANT NOTE:  IF YOU RECEIVE ANY OF THE FOLLOWING SCREEN MESSAGES  DURING STEP #9 PLEASE CONTACT US

  • You activated your device more than twice, you need to write a request to the administrator…
  • You have already used your Credit activation
  • The serial number of the INDIGO device is invalid, please contact your broker
  • Administrator has not completed your order yet

2)  ALTERNATIVE  (ONLY FOR 11 11 11 Software) Do Not Try this with 12 12 12 or newer software!

TRY USING THE RESTORE ACTIVATION FUNCTION

One possibility is to use the restore activation but this is dependent on you having done a Back Up of your client files after the first activation.  The steps are below.

After doing any new install; for example installing on a new computer and running the most current update, and then following the activation remember to use the QCBackup Tool and run a client back up right away.

This greatly increases the chances of being able to use this quick Restore Activation function in the future (in a situation of having reverting to demo mode).

On the newest Indigo QC Back-up Tool there is a function to restore the activation.

Open the QC Backup Tool icon on the desktop;

/ Go to Options / Restore Clients / Options / Restore Activation

*If this fails to work you will need to do the online reactivation or call Support Central.
